DDS (Germany), MFGDP (UK), AssocFCGDent, DipImpDent RCS (Eng.)
GDC: 82959Dr. Pedram Negahban is a German-trained implant dentist with a practice mostly dedicated to implant dentistry and complex restorative rehabilitation. Based in Marylebone, London, near Harley Street, he is known for his calm, meticulous, and long-term approach to treatment planning, with a strong focus on biological stability, function, and natural-looking outcomes.
With over two decades of clinical experience, Dr. Negahban has undertaken extensive postgraduate training in advanced implant surgery and restorative dentistry. He completed the Diploma in Implant Dentistry with the Royal College of Surgeons of England, widely regarded as one of the leading qualifications in implant dentistry in the UK.
His clinical work includes immediate implant placement, full-arch rehabilitation, guided bone regeneration, sinus augmentation, and the management of more complex implant cases, including patients referred by other clinicians. Dr. Negahban believes implant dentistry should be carefully tailored to the individual, balancing aesthetics with long-term maintainability and oral health.
Alongside clinical practice, Dr. Negahban has remained actively involved in implant education and was formerly a tutor on the FGDP Diploma in Implant Dentistry programme at the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
He is a member of the British Dental Association (BDA), the International Team for Implantology (ITI), the Royal College of Surgeons of England (RCS England), and the Faculty of General Dental Practice UK (FGDP UK).
Dr. Negahban welcomes referrals for implant assessment and treatment at Implant & Perio Clinic.
Specialist Periodontist
DDS (Italy), PGCert Periodontics (New York), MSc Periodontology (London)
GDC: 78429Dr. Federico Tinti is a Specialist Periodontist with a particular interest in the long-term preservation of teeth, periodontal health, and the management of complex gum conditions. Based in Marylebone, London, near Harley Street, he is known for his thoughtful, meticulous, and prevention-focused approach to patient care.
Dr. Tinti believes healthy gums are the foundation of all successful dentistry — whether maintaining natural teeth, supporting cosmetic treatment, or ensuring the long-term stability of dental implants. His approach combines evidence-based periodontal care with a strong emphasis on education, maintenance, and minimally invasive treatment wherever possible.
He has extensive experience in the treatment of periodontal disease, gum recession, and complex restorative-periodontal cases, frequently working as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside referring dentists and implant clinicians. Patients particularly value his calm manner, honesty, and ability to explain even complex conditions in a clear and reassuring way.
At Implant & Perio Clinic, Dr. Tinti works closely with Dr. Pedram Negahban, Dr. Sanaz Tehrani, and the clinic’s experienced hygienist team to provide comprehensive periodontal, implant, and restorative care tailored to each individual patient. He strongly believes successful periodontal treatment is built on long-term collaboration, prevention, and supportive maintenance care, with hygiene therapy playing an essential role in maintaining healthy and stable outcomes for patients with periodontal conditions.
Alongside clinical practice, Dr. Tinti remains committed to continuing professional development and modern periodontal techniques, with a focus on achieving stable, maintainable, and natural long-term outcomes rather than short-term cosmetic solutions alone.
Outside dentistry, Dr. Tinti enjoys travelling, Italian culture and cuisine, and spending time with family and friends. Patients often appreciate his calm and approachable nature, which helps create a reassuring and comfortable experience even for those who may feel anxious about dental treatment.
Dr. Sanaz Tehrani is a German-trained dentist with a particular interest in Invisalign, minimally invasive aesthetic dentistry, and natural-looking smile enhancement. Based in Marylebone, London, near Harley Street, she is known for her warm, patient-centred approach and her belief that cosmetic dentistry should enhance a person’s appearance without compromising individuality or long-term oral health.
After qualifying in dentistry at RWTH Aachen University, Germany, in 2004, Dr. Tehrani relocated to the UK in 2005 and has since spent more than two decades caring for patients alongside her husband, Dr. Pedram Negahban. Together, they took over Implant & Perio Clinic on Portland Place, continuing a long-standing tradition of high-quality referral and patient-focused care.
Dr. Tehrani has extensive experience in private aesthetic dentistry, including Invisalign, whitening, composite bonding, and restorative smile rehabilitation. Her approach is conservative and detail-oriented, with an emphasis on harmony, facial balance, and results that age naturally over time. She believes dentistry should evolve with the patient, rather than follow temporary cosmetic trends.
Alongside aesthetic dentistry, Dr. Tehrani also has a strong background in general and emergency dental care, helping patients with everything from broken teeth and failing restorations to urgent discomfort and stabilisation treatment. Patients particularly value her calm manner, honesty, and ability to make even anxious individuals feel comfortable and understood.
While she enjoys the artistic and transformative side of cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Tehrani also finds great joy in treating children and young patients. Helping children feel relaxed, confident, and positive about visiting the dentist remains one of the most rewarding parts of her work and something that genuinely lights up her heart in daily practice.
Her passion for dentistry began following her own orthodontic treatment as a teenager, when she experienced first-hand the confidence and emotional impact that thoughtful dental care can have on a person’s life. This continues to shape the way she approaches patient care today.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Tehrani enjoys travelling, social and charitable activities, and staying active through sport and fitness. She values human connection deeply and believes the most rewarding part of dentistry is the long-term relationships built with patients over time.
